✨Louna Jewelery Shipping & Refund Policy✨

By placing an order with Louna Jewelry, customers agree to the following terms:

  • All Sales Are Final: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please make sure to review item descriptions and measurements carefully before making a purchase. Each product listing includes detailed information regarding dimensions and sizing to help you make an informed decision. 

  • Shipping Information: All shipping labels are automatically generated from the details provided at checkout. We do not handwrite or manually edit addresses, so please double-check that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

  • Responsibility After Shipment: Once a package is handed over to USPS, Louna Jewelery is no longer responsible for its delivery. It becomes the buyer’s responsibility to track and resolve any issues directly with USPS.

  • Tracking & Proof of Address: Louna Jewelery will always provide accurate tracking information and a copy of the invoice showing the shipping address entered by the buyer at the time of purchase.

If a buyer claims non-receipt of a package but tracking shows it as delivered, the following steps must be taken:

  1. Proof of Address: The buyer must provide a photo showing that the shipping address used at checkout matches the mailing address where they regularly receive packages. Acceptable proof can include clearly addressed mail, such as junk mail or Amazon packages.

  2. Address Mismatch: If the address provided at checkout does not match the buyer’s actual mailing address, no refund or replacement will be issued.

  3. Refund Resolution:If the buyer provides valid proof that the shipping address entered at checkout matches their actual mailing address, and the issue remains unresolved, Louna Jewelery will offer either a full refund or send a one-time replacement item.

Please note:
Once a refund has been issued, any future orders placed using the same shipping address will be automatically canceled and refunded to prevent repeated shipping complications.
